The Colorado State flag covered in water droplets. This is a single image using water droplet refraction photography to create the image. Each water droplet contains the flag, but because of refraction, the image in the water droplet is reversed.

Growing up in Minnesota, I was always captivated by the sight of the sun rising over misty lakes and the desire to find a way to capture those images on film. That desire to capture a beautiful sunrise has always stayed with me.
