A single tree with its autumn colors stands against the first snow of the year in Denver, Colorado. This piece is the result of 10 photos layered together using varying opacity to create an impressionist style image.
About Kevin Schwalbe
Growing up in Minnesota, I was always captivated by the sight of the sun rising over misty lakes and the desire to find a way to capture those images on film. That desire to capture a beautiful sunrise has always stayed with me. When I moved to Colorado more than twenty years ago, the inspiration of our state’s beauty and my love of photography met and became one.
