A wintery scene located in the heart of downtown Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, the vibrant Dairy Block micro-district is home to dozens of restaurants, bars and retailers. I was fortunate to catch this couple walking through the block on this snowy evening.
Growing up in Minnesota, I was always captivated by the sight of the sun rising over misty lakes and the desire to find a way to capture those images on film. That desire to capture a beautiful sunrise has always stayed with me. When I moved to Colorado more than twenty years ago, the inspiration of our state’s beauty and my love of photography met and became one. At home or when traveling the world, I enjoy finding unexpected ways to view both the common and the extraordinary and share these through my photography.
